Go to the underworld you want to loot, and then click on one of the money bags to start looting.
Once you click on loot, there would be a fight between you and the owner of the underworld. The more powerful will win. Therefore, before trying to loot others, make sure that you have full health and you have bought ammo to make yourself powerful. If you win the fight then a 30 sec timer would start on the top left. Loot as many properties as you can in these 30 secs, by clicking on the money bags .
